Terms and Conditions

Real Property Management Service Tenant Referral Program allows participants to earn $200 by referring friends and loved ones to Real Property Management Service, in keeping with the following terms and conditions.

 

Individuals who refer a new lead who signs up and qualifies the tenant application process, and successfully moves into any rental unit listed under our service, receive a $200 referral fee for participating with the program. Terms and condition apply!

Redeeming your reward

You will become eligible for payment after Real Property Management Service verifies the following:

 

a) the referred tenant has successfully qualified to our Tenant Screening/Application Process

b) the referred tenant has signed the lease agreement of any rental unit under our service

c) the referred tenant has rented the unit without a realtor
d) the tenant was referred by you
 

Payments will be made by direct deposit. Expect that we will be asking for your banking information. 

Termination and Change

Real Property Management Service may suspend or terminate the Tenant Referral Program or the option to participate in the referral program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as necessary.

Updates to the Terms

Real Property Management Service reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on any Real Property Management Service communication materials, sites or social media pages that directly refer to the Tenant Referral Program and the changes/updates are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Tenant Referral Program after any modification(s) shall constitute consent to such modification(s).

Severability

If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
